C-HUB

A career guidance centre whose whole model depended on in-person counselling in a studio room rebuilt itself as a virtual platform when the office had to close.

The situation

C-HUB's model rested on a physical counselling studio — a room with a projector where students and parents sat together and worked through career options. When the national lockdown came in March 2020 the office had to shut, and there was no version of that experience that could be delivered remotely.

What Edumia did

Edumia built the virtual counselling platform, integrating the capabilities the centre needed to run sessions and reach students without the studio, delivered alongside its other migration work.

What changed

The counselling model continued through the shutdown instead of pausing with it, and career guidance reached students who could not have travelled to the studio.
