What this page covers
These terms apply to the edumia.net marketing website only — the pages you are reading. They do not govern the school management platform. Use of the platform is covered by the subscription agreement accepted when an institution signs up, and that agreement prevails wherever the two could be read differently.
Prices shown here are indicative
Pricing published on this website is quoted per student, per month, and is indicative. The price that applies to an institution is the one confirmed in its subscription agreement, which takes account of the modules selected, the billing period and the number of students. Nothing on this website forms an offer capable of acceptance.
Accuracy and availability
This website describes the platform's capabilities and is written in good faith, but the software changes and a description can fall out of date. Module capability lists and release notes are the current best description, not a contractual specification — the specification for an institution is what its agreement says. The website is provided as it stands, and access may be interrupted for maintenance.
Liability, governing law and disputes not drafted

The limitation of liability, the governing law and the forum for disputes. Edumia's registered office is in Kerala, so Indian law and a Kerala forum are the likely answer, but this is a commercial position, not something to assume. Any limitation of liability must also be consistent with the DPA and with the platform agreement.

Ownership of the website content, the Edumia name and logo, and what visitors may copy. Note the logo is currently a typographic wordmark and the real logo file is still outstanding — this clause should be finalised with the real mark.
